The EPCM contract form suits a project where RMS is managing the overall project on behalf of the client, with third party suppliers and contractors performing the work.
The EPS contract form is applicable for projects where the client has a separate project team managing the suppliers and contractors and RMS is solely responsible for delivering the equipment scope of the project.
The EPS-CM contract form combines the EPCM and EPS contract forms, whereby RMS supplies the equipment and manage the balance of suppliers and contractors, with the on-site construction performed by a third party contractor, often a local company.
The EPC contract form assigns all functions to RMS, including all supply and on-site construction functions.
