  • The EPCM contract form suits a project where RMS is managing the overall project on behalf of the client, with third party suppliers and contractors performing the work.

  • The EPS contract form is applicable for projects where the client has a separate project team managing the suppliers and contractors and RMS is solely responsible for delivering the equipment scope of the project.

  • The EPS-CM contract form combines the EPCM and EPS contract forms, whereby RMS supplies the equipment and manage the balance of suppliers and contractors, with the on-site construction performed by a third party contractor, often a local company.

  • The EPC contract form assigns all functions to RMS, including all supply and on-site construction functions.
